This project has a notoriously bad track record towards open sourcing code. Most of the code that I would want to read (i.e. WinUI 3) is still not open-sourced despite repeated requests. And yet, this “Kozani” code clearly will be open sourced (being it has been committed to this repo and not an internal one), but there is no public documentation anywhere about what Kozani is or what it is supposed to do. Even the executable project called MakeMSIX, whose name clearly suggests its purpose, has no apparent reason to exist. (There is already an open source version of this tool.)
I, for one, would appreciate more transparency here.
