What would be an advantage to use WinUI3 with .NET Core WPF app ?

I have read some MS articles and looked at the readme here but still cant figure out - whats the point of WinUI.

So I'd just like to ask a concrete question - can be any benefits extracted from WinUI3 used with .NET Core 7 WPF ? What would they be?
