Tree view template selector component does not bind commands to context flyout menu of each item

Hello everybody. I am having a problem with binding commands on a context flyout inside a template selector.
I am trying to implement a file Explorer using the tree View component with a template selector. But when I try to bind a command from the view model it fails, and does not execute anything.
And when debugging it appears as null.
Anyone there had the same problem?
And knows a possible solution
