App crash

I have posted an issue relating to this here, but was told to ask here instead.

I used the Publish > Create App Packages button to create a msix file, but when I run it it immediately crashes.
Looking at the event viewer, it says an exception with code 0xc000027b occurred.
Furthermore, it reports:
Module with error: Microsoft.UI.Xaml.dll, versie: 3.0.0.2209, tijdstempel: 0xd30bb7f9
Path to module with error: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsAppRuntime.1.1_1005.616.1651.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\Microsoft.UI.Xaml.dll

Using the blank app template, I have the same problem.
