Can't upgrade to latest preview version - NU1202 error

Good morning community.

I wasn't sure if I should file this as a bug, because I am sure it will be a compatibility issue, so I will start with a question.

I have both a WinUI3 app and WinUI3 class library, both using version of 0.8.0-preview of WindowsAppSDK.

I was able to upgrade the class library, but only after I removed references to the Windows Toolkit and Win2d.uwp, which I really don't want to lose support for.

However, I cannot upgrade my app and could not find resources online to help me out.

Even if I start with a blank app, I cannot perform the upgrade.

I would appreciate any recommendations.
