Description

Hello Power Platform Hackathon Team,

The Exhibition & Event Handler App Solution is designed to manage guest check-ins for various exhibitions and events.

1st business scenario
The check-out process requires guests to send an email in a specific format that includes the exhibition identifier mentioned only once. If the format is incorrect or the identifier appears multiple times, the registration will not be considered. In such cases, an email explaining the issue will be sent to the guest.

2nd business scenario
If a guest is registering for an exhibition for the first time and their information does not exist in the system, they must attach an image of their identity document while ensuring that the email follows the required exhibition registration format.

3rd business scenario
The event maker should have full privileges (read, write, update, and delete) over events and exhibitions they own but should only have read privileges for those they do not own.
