Hand tracking prefab

Hello, is there a way to share Hand Mesh Visualization through Photon Unity Networking (PUN) with other users? I would like to share same prefab as is displayed locally for me when I am moving my hands - is there a way to share this Mixed Reality Toolkit prefab with all the joints mapped on hand tracked data? Or do I need to remap every finger joint and create hand game objects? Thank you for any help :)
