Detailed view cost summary graph #1376
Description
A few issues I've notices on the cost summary graph:
(1) Start-up/scale-up costs are missing and should be added as additional categories (industry-related and, separately, government-related).
(2) For categories that have the same name for industry-related and government-related (e.g., training/retraining, management, overhead, and administration, etc), we'll need to somehow distinguish between the two to make the bars useful/interpretable
(3) I think the y-axis labels may be wrong -- the axis label says thousands of 2021 USD, but then the tick labels are just in 2021 USD (not thousands of USD). Could just change the axis label to "2021 USD"
