metat_output [sample]_sorted_features.tsv should be standardized

Hi,

I noticed today that the result file [sample]_sorted_features.tsv produced by the workflow varies in the order of columns for each run. I'm assuming that the columns are being generated in the order of DB matches with some runs having ko hits first, other runs having cog runs first etc. I think it would be helpful if there could be a standard order of columns for post-processing of the results.
