Problem : unidec Run Error: 3221225477

Hello,
I have a problem running unidec this error appears each time
"unidec Run Error: 3221225477" in the version 8.0.3
Did someone know how to fix that ?

Hi Maurine,
Unfortunately, that error doesn't tell us much. It's sort of generic memory crash. The most likely thing is that one of the parameters is set weird. Try doing the factory reset in the Advanced menu and deleting the existing _unidecfiles folder to start from scratch. If that doesn't work, can you send me an example file, and I'll take a look? It could be a deeper bug in the code. Thanks,
