I can't find "Gaussion Smoothing" in MetaUnidec

I'm analyzing multiple samples using my configuration(moderated from Unidec section), but can't find the Gaussian smoothing option in MetaUniDec's interface. Is there a specific reason for this absence🙏?

Hi Tisen-Ray,
You are correct that the Gaussian smoothing never made it over to MetaUniDec. In practice, I found that we weren't using it much in the regular version. The Bin Every parameter does something similar and also helps to speed it up. Also, the data processing in Meta is done in C, so I would have had to program the Gaussian smoothing myself, rather than just calling the SciPy function. I can add it in if you'd like me to, but first test out the Bin Every and see if that can get you close to what you were getting with the smoothing. Thanks!
