Hello, everyone. I accquired a data by DIA-PTCR on Ecilpse. Could you tell me how to deal data acquired by DIA-PTCR by UniDec 8.0

Hey! Have you taken at look at the methods in this paper: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-024-47693-8? Usually, we use UniChrom and then parse the data based on how it was collected, such as averaging every 10 scans or something like that. The trick is that you want each scan to capture a particular quad isolation region. Then, you do the deconvolution, and it automatically spits out the summed result.
