Hey! With the manual charge assignment, you have to tell it what the charge state is. At the moment, there is no way for it to automatically tell. The default is 0, so you'll have to adjust it as you enter things. One way to help if you've already got a decent deconvolution (which you definitely do) is to right click on a peak in the table to the right and then click "Label Charge States". That will label the peaks in the spectrum, and you can use that. Let me know how that goes. Thanks! |

Hey,

I am using version 7.0.2 version. Sorry I'm new at UniDec. I am trying to pick peaks manually. So, I use the manual assignment option in tools. I pick two peaks and "add to the plot zoom range" and I press ok. It always shows me charge 0. Why? For background, I am used to manually doing this using masslynx so I'm not sure what the problem is or how the output is suppose to look like. (Even if there's a youtube video about it, ill appreciate it) Thanks!
