Issue with image/video being frozen and not updating

i've started noticing that the video and images loads correctly the first time I start the mirror but it fails to continuously update the stream (even with the images). I dont think im over the api limit at all - im not getting any errors. all my other modules are working fine.. any idea what this could be? memory?

added the autoplay and the video stream is working again

update: its works for a few days and just goes to a black screen..

What do you mean by black screen? Any chance you could take a photo or screenshot and post it?
