libsigc++ detected by binary analyzer in pythoncom313.dll file

Hi,

Does the pywin32 use libsigc++ library? It was detected by our binary analyzer (signature match) in file:
pywin32_system32/pythoncom313.dll
and i wonder if this is a false-positive match.

I couldn't find any references in your code...
