Debug C using vscode-cpptools on Windows

Hi,

I am new to DAP, and I am trying to setup debugger for C using vscode-cpptools.
Using Windows, and nvim-qt.
I followed the steps on WIKI, and I have trouble to get adapter started.

Error message: debug adapter didn't respond,
and here is the log below.
