• Add documentation for counts.py
• Add command line functionality for counts.py so you can generate the different csvs
• Add more thorough documentation for the chord diagram visualization
• Add ability to list all selected instances for the chord diagram visualization ( this will help debug )
• clean up/ organize repo (i.e. csvs in one place, scripts calling the api in another )
