Error message: got NACK from eeprom

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. i want read from eeprom and this message write out.

NACK could indicate a wiring problem or something like this. Check if the supply voltage is alright.
The fancy debugging solution would be to look at the data lines with a logic analyzer and see whats happening there.
