currently, it should be hard to estimate when we're going to start this project. But we have to develop requirements to begin this process, I propose you these requirements:

1. Minimally members count 1000
2. For every 10 members here should be 1 mentor
3. The studying plan should be developed, we should separate the existing 5 points into 5

4. As a community we should also have a chance to live after we end the existing 5 points, so I propose to separate depending on the technologies, so later we will have guilds like frontend, backend, computer networking (Dev ops)
