Unintended SOL Transfer and Asset Account Reallocation with ApprovePluginAuthorityV1

When invoking ApprovePluginAuthorityV1, I notice that it requires a small amount of SOL and transfers it to the asset account. This occurs even when I perform multiple Approve and Revoke actions.

Questions:

• Is this behavior expected?
• Is there an alternative approach to avoid the repeated SOL transfer and asset account reallocation?

Core is designed to allocate the minimum amount of SOL required for the data of the asset. When you delegate an authority you add 32 bytes to store the delegate address. When the owner of the asset revokes this delegate the SOL is returned to them.
