On-website QP Preview

1. Instead of the pdf link opening directly on static.metakgp.org, the qp can be opened on qp.metakgp.org in a preview page.
2. The preview page will have a pdf preview and a full download link (in a minimal floating bar perhaps).
3. In the future, we can add an option to "flag"/"report" a paper - i.e., mark it as outdated, having incorrect details, low quality, etc.
4. Since each paper has an id, a short link can be used for the preview instead of the long link static.metakgp.org link.
5. Shared papers will link back to qp.metakgp.org which will encourage people to use it/upload/flag papers instead of just using the pdf.
