Better document options for Flux Commands

@hagbeck suggested at Bibliocon 2025 that options should better documented so that one does not have to look into the Java Code to know what to insert.

We could extend the @Description annotation to methods (setters) and then include its value in the output generated by HelpPrinter.

But we may have to change the inline list to an explicit nested list in order to maintain readability. E.g.:
