Make it easier to set a custom UserAgent string #128
Description
You can do it now via providing your own UserAgent, but I'm wondering if we could add an API to make the UserAgent settable with the default configuration.
The use case would be that we could more easily identify traffic with the kind of issues we've been seeing lately. Also, we may want to special case some agents to ensure they are never blocked.
