GPLv3 allows you to commercially use the software just any changes you make or any software you make using any of the Meshtastic libraries needs to be open sourced. Also if you were to do something like this go on your own private encrypted channel (different frequency than public) to prevent you sensor traffic from clogging up the mesh. |
