Upscale command doesn't work on Linux

Steps

• Environment: Pop OS! - Love2D Version: LOVE 11.3 (Mysterious Mysteries)

1. Run LOVJ

2. Load any patch

3. Press CTRL+U: nothing happens

4. Toggle fullscreen -> press CTRL+U: only a portion of the screen is visible in the top left corner, nothing seems to change
