Add support for vertical scrolling mode

Recap currently supports the ability to page through releases by swiping from page to page, but it would be good to provide support for scrolling vertically between releases. This not only provides more optionality for developers integrating Recap, but would enable a nice Mac-friendly experience where horizontal pagination is not as common.
