Error 401 in customer API for live credentials

Hi, I'm having trouble with customer API, it is responding to error 401 live credentials.

Context

I am integrating Subscriptions, but Mercado Pago support tells me that I must use the production credentials of a test user. In my integration process, I must first create the customer and the card if they do not exist in Mercado Pago to obtain the card_token_id.

You are probably doing the correct API calls.
But to enable your application for using the productive credentials you should contact support: https://www.mercadopago.com/developers/en/support/center/tickets

If you want to create Subscriptions with a test account, yes, you should activate the productive credentials of your seller test account
