ERROR WHEN TRYING TO CREATE A SIGNATURE

Hi,
I'm trying to subscribe with a linked plan and I'm facing the following error.

I'm using the SDK in version
"mercadopago/dx-php": "2.5.3"

Below is a bit of code snippet.

$preapproval = new Preapproval();
$preapproval->payer_email = $email;
$preapproval->preapproval_plan_id = $plan->code_mp;
$preapproval->card_token_id = $token;
$preapproval->status = "authorized";
$preapproval->save();

Before it worked smoothly. Now in production this problem started to occur.

I didn't understand if your code already was working in production and stopped suddenly or if you developed locally and in the production your program did not work. Can you explain this?

Only the subscription creation service is failing.

About the plan, in this specific part of the code, there is no plan creation. I just look for its code by id and assign it to the preapproval_plan_id attribute.

I can't reproduce this error, but it is thrown by the Plans API.
Can you contact our support? They will review your specific case and, if necessary, contact the plan's API owners.

In fact, the support of the paid market is very confusing, because whenever I ask something about the SDK related to the signature, they always answer that it is not possible to perform a signature using the SDK, and that the only possibility is through the consumption of the rest api.

Sorry about that, may this occurs because we don’t have SDK code snippets in the documentation about subscriptions. We will analyze if it’s possible include it.
To have resource to talk to the support, you can make a request to subscription API (through curl, postman or other tool) using the productive token and the same values that are failing in production, probably this request will be fail, so you can say “I called the API directly and I had the same error”.
The SDK make the following request:
