Acurite 5n1 (device 40) not receiving type 49 messages in 22.11 and master (worked with 21.12)

The Acurite-5n1 usually sends interleaved messages of type 49 & 56. When running 22.11 or latest master, only message_type 56 is present. When reverting to 21.12 both messages come in.

Reproducible running rtl_433 with no arguments or rtl_433 -R 40

Try -R 40:vv to see what raw data is coming in.

Also, please capture json output with both, and post them. Then diff the source code and figure out what's going on :-)

@markhuge This is still blocked due to lack of requested info, and really because someone with the device (perhaps you!) will need to debug it.
