Could not receive data from Jansite TPMS Solar

Hi everyone,

i'm currently try to receive data from Jansite TPMS sensor. According to the rtl_433 supported device list the Jansite TPMS Solar is supported.
I received data from my weather station, so i guess the program works.

The pressure sensor is a TY588-EU2.

It would be great if anyone could help me.

But there could also be different version of the sensor, we can check a sample for that, upload here as zip.

Accorsding to the Product decription the sensor should send on 433.92 Mhz.

Use rtl_433 -f 433.92M -S unknown and see if you get .cu8 files. Otherwise use rtl_433 -f 433.92M -s 1000k -S unknown
Check the files by dropping on https://triq.org/pdv/ – you want some SDR-typical pattern visible for a good sample file.

The long line on the bottom is not "normal". It's interference at 433.815M and that will likely hinder or jam reception.
Tune away from that, e.g -f 433.94M

Looks good. But the signal is distorted. If the receiver is close to the sender then take the antenna off.
Also try adding -s 1000k

That works well (drop on https://triq.org/pdv/ to see the decoding).
Interestingly there is no wakeup now -- this a different "mode" of the sender.

Did the -s 1000k not work? The sample file should have been ..._1000k.cu8 :) Or did you rename the file?

The signal strangely is not PCM-Manchester coded but PWM -- we have never seen this on TPMS.
It's 800+800 µs preamble, then 250+600 µs short or 600+250 µs long.
(in pdv use "PWM" 250 600 800 700)
The code is a repeated DE D5 FF E5 A0 (or inverted 21 2a 00 1a 5f)

Now use rtl_433 -f 433.95M -R 0 -X 'n=name,m=OOK_PWM,s=250,l=600,y=800,r=900' to capture codes and make a list what pressure those codes would be.

Temperatur should be 21 °C

You need to see {40} codes. Try this to see what I mean:

Hi,

in case i did something wrong here a zip file with 5 samples.
The start pressure was 0.9 bar according to the display. I released the pressure to 0.5 bar.

this is the list outcome. End pressure is 0.4 bar.
Tempreture is always 22 °C
