PyPI package outdated

I have recently installed your package from PyPI and could not get Yahoo import to work. When I checked the source code in env/.../contacts_import, I have noticed that CONTACTS_URL in providers/yahoo.py is outdated (http instead of https). Seems like the PyPI package isn't up to date.
I don't know if this is the appropriate platform for the case, but I don't know how can one reach the author on PyPi.
