Add Helm chart #11
Description
The file "examples/manifests.yaml" contains some guidance to help users run the authorizer inside Kubernetes. It would probably not be that hard convert it to a Helm chart.
To make use of the example manifests, the user must manually create a secret called "crlish-authorizer" of the type "kubernetes.io/tls" containing a server certificate/private key. Consider supplying theses as values for the chart instead.
