Adjustable Service Annotations #123

We need to be able to adjust the service annotations for our load balancers to make them work. (see https://kubernetes-sigs.github.io/aws-load-balancer-controller/v2.2/guide/service/annotations/)
This means we would like to be able to adjust the annotation of the services in the helmet chart values.
