This PR updates all project dependencies as meilisearch and MCP packages where quite dated and the ecosystem moves fast atm.
This also ensures the used python docker base image gets a package upgrade to remove security vulnerablilities that have been fixed in the upstream repositories at build time.
I did do autoformatting using black in the end as this seemed to have been used by maintainers here in the past.
