Support Verovio expand param outside MIDI player #138

mei-friend already is able to support choice of different expansions from the MIDI playback control bar, but it's not currently possible to have the through-composed forms rendered or written into the editor. This would be useful for certain purposes, e.g., when generating expanded MEI versions for use in alignment tasks.
Describe the solution you'd like
The solution should mirror the current one we have for transposition:
- In the settings menu's 'mei-friend' tab, a new header 'Expansion', with one item: 'Render expansion', corresponding to a drop-down menu matching the one for 'Playback expansion'; namely a top entry 'No expansion' and further entries reflecting a hierarchical list of all encoded expansions.
- Selecting an expansion should set the expand Verovio option, updating the rendered view accordingly
- Selecting Manipulate -> Rerender through Verovio could then be used to reflect the expanded MEI into the editor.
