Reminder: If `fv_stations` is to be published, move to own GeoServer namespace

If we want to make metainfo such as view fv_stations available to other clients than our own via GetProperties, move to own GS namespace, else all ~ 300 WFS layers will show up when added to e.g. Desktop GIS, which they're not meant for.

Downstream implications: Change service URL of station viewer webapp, QGIS plugin, possibly dashboard depending on workflow

This is indeed a valid point. But, like you said, changing the namespace needs adaptations in the depending apps.
