can't execute cd "$tempdir" before executing cleanup script if run with --notemp

Repro steps:

1. Make archive with cleanup script (may be empty) and with --notemp attribute.
2. Run this archive in intended directory.
   Result:
   before running cleanup got error InstallScript: cd: InstallScript: No such file or directory.
