Conflicting Versions for `datasets` and `torch` in `requirements.txt`

Your project is very interesting.

I try pip install -r requirements.txt, but I encountered version conflicts due to multiple entries of the same package.

To resolve this, it would be helpful to keep only the intended version for each library.
