Medusa UI is missing Elements

While implementing Digital Products based on the Receipt, I tried to replicate the default Product creation UI as best as I can.

Therefore, I dived into the Medusa UI Docs and was missing a lot of elements like a proper File Dropzone which is used there or Modal Routes, the Handle field, Variants Table and a bunch more.

Then I went into the Medusa Admin Dashboard Package where a LOT of elements are created and used but not exported, at least I did not find a way to re-use them without extensive copying and pasting.

So my question is: what's the best practices here? Will those elements land in Medusa UI?
