Opening settingsDialogfragment with gestures is broken

Describe the bug
When i tap 5 times and swipe to the right with 2 fingers the app does nothing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the app login as a user
2. tap on the screen 5 times and swipe to the right with 2 fingers
3. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
The app is supposed to take you to the settings dialog screen where you can select a different server.

Environment

• Instance: dev
• Android Version: 15, samsung
• App Version: 1.6.0

Yeah i dont think its a version issue
Its was broken by changes in this PR https://github.com/medic/cht-android/pull/407/files in OpenSettingsDialogFragment.java
reverting them makes it work again

we'll probably need to add an instrumentation test for it as well
