adding trivy image scan to ci actions

i just tested your 4.4 image and 4.5 and really liked and appreciated 💯
i plan to poc for a reverse geocoding test app but when scanned using trivy scanner i see there are many vulnerabilities including a HIGH one...

to regenerate please follow steps below,

1. get trivy -> https://trivy.dev/latest/getting-started/#get-trivy
2. scan image via trivy image <image:tag> -> https://trivy.dev/latest/getting-started/#general-usage
3. (optional) high and critical vulns are priority normally so i would recommend adding filter as shown -> https://trivy.dev/v0.50/docs/configuration/filtering/

it works nice with ci/cd tools as well so imho better to have on github actions.
