Ability to transfer items between shopping lists

Please provide a concise description of the problem that would be addressed by this feature.

Often times I don't recall what store carries what item, or where its best to get it from. If Mealie supported easily transferring items, I could make myself a "triage" list where items I need to buy go first, and then before actually going shopping I could sit down and sort the items to more specific shopping lists.

Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.

Mealie could re-implement the button UI for transferring (#4436, #4152) and then hook that up to a simple modal-based picker that shows all lists set to currently appear to the current user as transfer destinations. Tapping any of them would result in the item being moved (delete + create operations, probably).

Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision

• If the feature only uses the same filtering applied to the main view, the model might grow too large in deployments with tons of lists.
• Extra/noisy API events via webhook/etc may be fired more often then preferred depending on how this is implemented.
