is xdebug lost?

I'm putting this here because I don't want to derail current conversation about the PR

`Failed loading /usr/lib64/php/modules/xdebug.so:  /usr/lib64/php/modules/xdebug.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory`

this is showing up in my vm anytime I call `php (things)`
