Since 144.

• 144:
  • w/o flag: completely disabled
  • w/ flag: enabled; default value is normal
• 145: enabled; default value is no-autospace

The flag exists in 143 too but it does not have an effect:

Turning on the flag can deceive @supports in CSS but produces no visual difference:
