Mention the required assets folder for the Carousel example (last) in custom components in docs

We should probably do this for all projects that use assets or CSS so cannot be set up using the mkdocs plugin, do you think? Before I tackle it...is there any sense that things will change with PyCafe and enable us to convert to use the plugin and somehow pass the assets? I am assuming not, but wanted to check before making changes, since I can make all at once if there is anything coming to enable us to switch out our projects for on-the-fly creation!

I don't know -- the follow up on Slack seemed more positive and Maarten did ask that I ticket it, so I updated your previous ticket over on their repo: py-cafe/mkdocs-pycafe#4
