Load Information in Chatbot via api

One user story for this will be having a lambda function that checks when new podcasts are updated to YouTube and then it uploads the transcript from the YouTube video directly in the Chatbot. So that I can directly talk to the podcast in the chatbot

Is there a way to load info in the context window via api? Or a work around?
