I think it would be useful to grant contributor status to certain people before this project will be inactif

@wrapss An additional maintainer who looks after the PRs while @mckaywrigley is busy would be great. The PRs are often piling up.

I'd like to nominate @fkesheh. They're contributing and also reviewing many PRs.
