Custom appearance of models (icons in selection list, theme colors, display names)

The selection list of the local models looks currently a bit boring. 😄

It would be great if as admin there was a way to customize the appearance of the local model entries in the list with:

• Icons
• maybe theme color overrides (e.g. chat background in red, blue, etc.)
• own display names

All these model appearance options could be configured through a file, let's say model-options.json, in the beginning. This could be later advanced to a graphical configuration interface, which also complements the vision of a general admin area.

Suggestions and improvements of this proposal (e.g. more appearance options, ideas for configuration schema and/or UI) are always very appreciated!
