Transfer data to a new install

I need to rebuild my rpi, however, I have a complete backup of the contents of the SD card from before the rebuild.

Is there an easy way to import the data from the previous iteration in to the new one, as I don't want to lose all of that history. Is it as simple as copying over the old database?

In addition to the database birds.db, you also need to transfer BirdDB.txt, birdnet.conf and the folder BirdSongs. It can be a bit tricky with the files in BirdSongs, among other things you have to get the file permissions, but you can search online if you have any trouble.
