Pretty print colour names in colour vectors

Since colours in colour vectors can be named, it might be nice to also output those names when they’re there (maybe as a muted grey colour in parentheses next to the hex code?).

I would probably exclude this when printing in tibbles though, because the output would be too wide there.

It would also be cool to be able to select colours by name from a palette. Right now this can be done by selecting the 'name' of the element from the colour vector. See below example. Maybe this is good enough? Or could there be a more 'palettes native' way of doing this?

  "my_red" = "#ff0000",
  "my_yellow" = "#ffff00"
)

my_palettes <- pal_palette(
  my_custom_palette = my_colours

I think indexing by name makes sense, and aligns with some of the other indexing discussion in the getting started article.

I'm not sure what a 'palettes native' way would look like. You can use functions like purrr::keep_at() for a more function-oriented approach though:

my_colours <- palettes::pal_colour(c(
    "my_blue" = "#0000ff",
    "my_red" = "#ff0000",
    "my_yellow" = "#ffff00"
))

# only "my_blue" will be returned, and its class is preserved:
purrr::keep_at(my_colours, "my_blue")

Me too! I'm pretty busy with work and life right now, so I don't have time to work on this for the foreseeable future. But I'm open to contributions or collaborating on the feature with anyone interested!

I think the main design challenge for this feature would be working out how it should interact with the various printing customization options I added in v0.2.0 (example).
